Privacy policy
1. Who handles your information
Juan López is responsible for information received through Antares contact channels. Use the legal contact button for privacy inquiries.
2. Information we may receive
When you contact Antares, we may receive your name, email address, telephone number and the details or files you choose to share. The current website has no registration or payment forms.
GitHub Pages hosting may generate technical records, including IP addresses and request details. See the GitHub privacy statement.
3. How information is used
Contact information is used to answer your inquiry, prepare a proposal and communicate about the project you request. Use or publication of a client's materials must follow the agreement for that project.
4. Cookies and external services
This website does not use advertising analytics or its own tracking cookies. Images, fonts and films are served from the website itself.
Contact buttons open external services: WhatsApp and Instagram are Meta services, and the email button opens your configured mail application. Those services apply their own policies when used.
5. Retention and access
Project files are stored privately and locally on personal hard drives, without cloud storage for those files. Access is restricted to the Antares team. Files for each project are retained for 30 days. The project agreement must specify the date from which this period is counted. This description of file storage does not replace the policies of external contact services.
6. Privacy requests
You may ask about your information or request correction or deletion using the legal contact button. We will handle requests in accordance with applicable law and explain if certain information must be kept to meet a legal obligation.
